Local Band Local Beer is a weekly collaboration between WKNC 88.1 FM, Younger Brother Productions and The Pour House Music Hall that pairs North Carolina-based music with North Carolina-brewed beer. The free weekly event takes place each Thursday starting at 9:30 p.m. and is 18+. Originally called Local Beer Local Band, the event was held at Tir Na Nog Irish Pub since its inception in March 2007 until the pub’s closing in November 2015. It will now be held at the Pour House Music Hall.
